The SER2025 Film Festival would like to invite SER student  and emerging professional members with an interest in ecological restoration to help with a first round review of film submissions!  Volunteers should be available to help review 5-10 films before June 25th to confirm the films relate to ecological restoration and meet film festival requirements. This is a great way to view some of the submitted films if you aren't able to attend the full festival in Denver in the fall, and to learn more about restoration efforts all around the world.

Individual memers who are interested, please email regina.wandler@gmail.com and let her know if you'd be willing to help out.

About the Film Festival

The competition is open to existing and new films which embody the principles of ecological restoration and explore the relationship between people, science, restoration, and the environment. Films may be submitted by both students and professionals in the field of ecological restoration as well as established or emerging filmmakers. We particularly encourage submissions from first nations and aboriginal peoples from around the world. Selected films will be shown in person in Denver Colorado, USA during the SER2025 conference. More information available here.
