The SER Asia Networking Group (SER-AN) was formed at SER2021 and brings together members across Asia to form an online community and network of fellow restoration practitioners and researchers in academia, industry, government and NGOs. Although not yet a formal chapter, members have created the "SER-AN Road Map" they plan to achieve as membership grows. The Road Map structure has seven key elements: Organizational, Advocacy, Membership, Documentation, Programs, Publications, and Learning. Each element has its own working group, led by a SER-AN working group leader.
